Born in Saudi Arabia, rooted in India, and raised in the United Kingdom, he brings a naturally global perspective to his work—connecting with people from many backgrounds with ease and genuine care. Fluent in Malayalam and English, Sonu values clear communication, thoughtful listening, and education that empowers people to take ownership of their health.
Sonu completed his Integrated Masters (MChiro) at McTimoney College of Chiropractic and has since followed his calling across borders—practising in England, Scotland, Philippines and Dubai.
Now practising across Oxford and St Albans.

In practice, Sonu understands that no single approach fits everyone. His care is personalised, blending multiple chiropractic methods to meet the individual needs of each person. This includes Diversified adjustments for precise joint and spinal function, BGI (Bio-Geometric Integration) for a more subtle, energetic/tonal based integrative approach, and SOT (Sacro-Occipital Technique)—a gentle framework that emphasises pelvic and cranial assessment to support whole-body balance. He also incorporates CFD (Cranio-Facial Dynamics), an advanced cranial and intra-oral approach aimed at supporting cranial mechanics, tension patterns, and the way the head, face, and body organise as a unit.
He is currently advancing his studies through an MSc in Paediatric Chiropractic—an area he feels deeply drawn to—bringing the same steady, respectful approach to supporting babies, children, and families through the stages of growth and development.
Outside the clinic, Sonu finds restoration in nature. Rivers, forests, lakes, mountains, or the sea—he’s happiest away from the noise, often with a good book or a quiet picnic.
Sonu’s journey is ultimately about one thing: helping people reconnect with their bodies, build healthier foundations, and live with more ease—today, and for years to come.
